Pneumatic tension spring chuck

When the pneumatic tension spring collet of a small CNC lathe is not clamped, we generally use the following process to view:

1. Remove the electromagnetic coil, put it on the center of the coil with a screwdriver and see if there is any magnetism. If there is magnetic, the coil is good, the valve body is bad, if there is no magnet to enter the next step;

2. Check if the input voltage of the coil is normal. If it is normal, the coil is damaged, if it does not enter the next step;

3. Check if the upstream relay of the coil is closed, if it is not sucked, check whether the control circuit of the system to the relay and the power supply of the relay coil are normal;

Usually, after the above three processes, the fault can be eliminated. If there is still no problem to solve, the CNC lathe manufacturer or professional maintenance personnel are required to intervene.
