The classification of small CNC lathes can be divided into three levels: high, medium and low:
Small CNC lathe
Generally, high-end small-sized CNC lathes must meet the following characteristics: high-speed, high-precision, multi-axis linkage; general configuration uses full-closed-loop control linear motor drive, the speed is more than 10,000 rpm;
The mid-range small CNC lathe generally uses the ball screw and the servo motor semi-closed loop control. The spindle speed is generally selected from the servo main motor speed of about 6000 rpm, and the feed realizes the three-axis linkage control;
The low-carbonyl small CNC car is also called the economical CNC lathe. Some of them still use the domestic low-end ball screw and the stepping motor open-loop control. The main shaft is usually selected by the inverter for speed regulation. The CNC system uses domestic second- and third-line brands.
How to distinguish the level of small CNC lathes mainly from the following three aspects:
1. Precision, structure, size, rigidity, function, etc. of the mechanical part;
2. The servo selected for the electrical part is still stepping, detection and reaction function, electrical power, power, sensitivity and accuracy;
3. The grade and speed of the system selected by the CNC part, its function and its stability performance;
Economical small-sized numerical control vehicles should generally use a simple numerical control system, and even more digital display devices are used. It is only suitable for small hardware parts with low processing precision and no smoothness requirements.
